How do I place an order?

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

What are the Postage Costs?

Postage within the UK is charged as follows:

Order Value (£)

•  0.01 - 10.00: £2.95
• 10.01 - 25.00: £3.95
• 25.01 - 50.00: £4.50
• 50.01 - 75.00: £6.95

How long does delivery take?

Most UK deliveries arrive within 48 hours of you placing your order. 

Personalised items and hand-made to order, please allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery.  You should allow between 14 and 21 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes.  Our payment service provider, PayPal provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet.  Click here to read our security statement. 

Can I receive an Order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?

Yes. Simply send us an e-mail  or give us a call just before you place your order and ask us for our Special Delivery option. For a few pounds more we can send your order by 24 hour Special Delivery. Depending on size/weight of the package, you may not even need to pay extra for this service.

How do I earn Reward Points?

We are pleased to offer reward points on all orders, which can be redeemed for goods in our store. Currently FIVE points are rewarded for every Pound (£) spent. Once 500 points have been collected, these can be redeemed against any purchase.  

Example: You place an order for £10.00; this will give you 50 reward points. Once you have spent £100.00, your 500 points collected will give you £5.00 off your next purchase. Please note that postage costs are excluded, and points earned cannot be exchanged for cash.
